How does paying with your face work?
The guest enrolls their face once with a liveness check. At the POS they just look and smile at the camera; the system identifies the event wallet and debits the purchase instantly.
Is it safe? What if someone uses a photo?
We use liveness detection to block photos and videos, plus a PIN for high amounts, per-transaction limits and wallet blocking. All transactions are immutable and auditable.
What happens to biometric data? (LGPD)
Biometrics are handled with explicit, versioned consent, used only for payment at the event, and automatically purged after a defined period. Guests can request deletion at any time.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The POS is resilient: it keeps recording sales with unstable connections, within safety limits, and syncs automatically when the network returns.
How do I receive the sales money?
Top-ups go into the platform custody and payout is made to the organizer within the agreed term (default D+15), with full reconciliation in the dashboard.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Any phone or tablet with a camera works as a POS. Guests also use their own phone to enroll and top up.
